All weight loss medications dispensed through our service require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are only issued following a completed online consultation and clinical assessment by our pharmacist or prescriber.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical approval. Prescriptions are non-transferable and issued solely for the named patient. Repeat prescriptions require an up-to-date review of your health information and may not be automatically renewed.
Our pharmacist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any prescription if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
We do not store your full payment card details. All transactions are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Promotional codes or discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order is placed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries where an incorrect address has been provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in accordance with UK medicines legislation and regulations governing the return of dispensed medicines.
If your consultation is declined on clinical grounds, you will receive a full refund of any medication cost. Consultation fees, where charged, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect item being received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.
